Mastering The Music Business (MMB) 2026

Through my company, Seraphine Creations, and Asociația Neumarkt, where I serve as president, I build concerts, festivals and international artistic projects, and I approach them the way I approach a recipe: with a real budget, a real schedule, and people who know what they are responsible for. What that has looked like recently: ECHOES, a Creative Europe project, where I am project manager. Festivalul Armonii, which I founded and manage. The first edition, 22 to 26 July 2025, activated heritage architecture in Târgu Mureș through contemporary music: 8 concerts, 6 workshops, around 750 spectators and 125 workshop participants. Artist and tour management experience. From 2024 to 2026 I was part of the management team around pianist and composer Andrei Irimia. In that period I learned in practice how an independently produced European tour is built, across Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid and Brussels, and how a national tour is run, with "Lumini și Umbre". I have since started working with Portuguese percussionist Tiago Emanuel Soares, to help his solo project Nativo grow, building a future European tour. My background is in history, with a BA and an MA from "Petru Maior" University in Târgu Mureș, and I completed the Eastern European Music Academy programme in 2024. I am currently pursuing a master's in Cultural Management and Entrepreneurship at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj. History taught me to look for what a place already carries. Business taught me how to pay for it. Open to conversations about touring, festival partnerships and European cultural projects.
